Original oil painting on wooden board. 38cm X 47cm. Inspired by sacred geometry in ancient Islamic culture. I made this piece for an exhibition at The Beaney in Canterbury UK. I liked the idea of making a portrait but the face being mostly covered. I did actually sketch out a full face and then paint over it.
